Job descriptionThe role of a Sr. Accounts Assistant is to ensure that the tasks assigned are completed on time, accurately and completelyHe is responsible for following all the agreed processes and procedures diligently and without any requirement for follow up from his line managerHis responsibility includes attending all training programs assigned to him, attend periodic team meetings, feedback sessions and to seek clarifications where the process or deliverables are unclear to him.He is responsible to ensure that his attendance is regular and his absences are planned.Requirements:Min. 4 + years experience in Accounting (Min 2 year as AR Senior Accounts Assistant)University degree preferably in finance and accountingKnowledge of tax - TDS, GST, VATMS Office - Excel, WordVery good knowledge of AR processesStrong English communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to focus on priorities, timely and effective work executionExperience in managing teams as an advantageStrong analytical skills, including the ability to understand and deal with dynamic business needsExperience in working in international environmentPreferred if join immediately or in short notice
