Job Description

    24/7 (Open to any Shift)Immediate joiner preferredPrimary Responsibilities:
    • Conduct effective maintenance of the privacy framework, including privacy policies, procedures, and mechanisms.
    • Conduct privacy impact assessments in line with applicable laws and regulations and assist program leads in the implementation of preventative and corrective actions to remediate risks identified.
    • Oversee the end-to-end privacy incident process.
    • Execute the creation and maintenance of records of processing activities (ROPAs) to ensure identification of personal information processing.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and GLBA.
    • Provide training and awareness to account regarding privacy-related changes, procedures, and best practices.
    • Address any request or queries related to use, access, disclosure, or transfer of personal information.
    Below are somekey qualifications.
    • Minimum five years related work experience, compliance, or regulatory experience in the financial services industry preferred.
    • Strong analytical and advisory skills, including the ability to review and evaluate multi-faceted issues.
    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
    • CIPP certification preferred.
