Job Description

    PositionSeniorAnalytics Developer (MicroStrategy)Location:Nagpur/Pune/Chennai/BangaloreExperience: 7 to 9 yearsNotice Period:Immediate to 30 DaysTravel:NAType of Employment: Full-timePurpose of the Position:The purpose of the Analytics Developer position is to design, develop, and maintain robust business intelligence solutions using the MicroStrategy Platform, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic insights for the organization and customers Business Requirements: Interact with business users to understand and gather requirements.
    • Technical Translation: Convert business requirements into technical specifications, support troubleshoot issues and implement it.
    • Documentation: Prepare high-level design documents for MicroStrategy based on source-to-target mapping.
    • Process Adherence: Document and follow all project-related processes, design decisions, and coding conventions.
    • Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
    Must Have
    • Design and developMicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and dossiers for Web.
    • Proficient in reporting, data structure, and SQL development.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
    • experience in schema and public objects (attributes, facts, reports, metrics, filters, prompts, documents, dashboards) withMicroStrategy Transaction Services
    Good To Have
    • Ability to manage projects and create work breakdown structures
    • Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques for reports and dashboards
    • Data visualizations experience using tools like other BI tools such as, Tableau, or Power BI.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in computer
    • Minimum of 7 years of total IT experience with 4 years hands-on experience in MicroStrategy.
    Qualities:
    • Good team player who can anchor and work within a team.
    • Assist in understanding business requirements and delivering solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills.
