Job Description

    Job Title: Art DirectorLocation: PuneJob Type: Full-timeDepartment: Creative / Marketing / DesignJob Summary:This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for a Visualizer. We are seeking a highlycreative and strategic Art Director to lead the visual direction and execution ofour brand and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptualthinker with exceptional design skills, capable of overseeing projects fromideation to final delivery across multiple platforms, including print, digital, video,and social.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute innovative visual concepts that align with brandstrategy and campaign goals.Lead and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, photographers, andother creatives.Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and developers to createcohesive and compelling campaigns.Ensure visual consistency and high-quality design standards across alltouchpoints.Oversee the production of creative assets, including style guides,storyboards, layouts, and final artwork.Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time andwithin scope.Present ideas and design rationale to stakeholders and clients.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, orrelated field.7 years of experience in art direction or senior design roles.Proven portfolio showcasing a strong eye for visual storytelling,typography, layout, and branding.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) andother relevant design tools.Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.Experience with motion design, photography direction, or UI/UX is a plus.Prior experience in an advertising agency or similar,
