Job Description

With over 13,000 employees globally, we prioritize empowering our team to drive growth and transformation.**Main Responsibilities:**- Provide client service for Credit Managers, managing loan funds and acting as the key point of contact for fund managers and related parties.- Ensure delivery of contract obligations and maintain strong client relationships.- Oversee assigned portfolios to deliver high levels of service and resolve complex issues.- Collaborate with internal teams on audit, client requests, and transaction management.- Prepare and review reports on portfolios performance, monitor Service Level Agreements, and create KPI reports.- Lead client meetings, support junior team members, and assist in process improvements for greater efficiency.**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:**- Degree in Accounting/Finance or a relevant field.- Minimum 6 years of experience in loan administration operations.- Extensive knowledge of Credit Funds and various security types such as Private Debt, Syndicated Loans, and Bonds.- Understanding of trade lifecycle, settlements including DTCC & Euroclear, and securities and financial instruments.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with Solvas (CDO-Suite) preferred.In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications outlined above, please note that unsolicited CVs from recruitment agencies will not be considered for this position.
