Job Description

    Job Title: Senior Associate MISLocation: PuneExperience: 2 to 4 years (Any graduate may apply)Skills:
    • At least 2 years of experience in MIS/Reporting, serving as a liaison between WFM functions and Operations across various accounts.
    Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate for our WFM team who meets the following competencies:
    • Strong understanding of MIS and reporting fundamentals.
    • Proficient in generating operational MIS reports using MS Excel, ensuring timely and accurate data, and preparing dashboards.
    • Skilled in creating and managing daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel and MS Access, with in-depth analysis.
    • Responsible for tracking associate-wise AHT on a daily basis.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
    • Open to change, with strong multitasking abilities.
    • Focused on accurate and timely reporting.
    • Capable of handling data and creating various types of dashboards and ad-hoc reports.
    • Able to meet client requirements within the specified turnaround time (TAT) with precision.
    • Ability to manage high-level data analysis and reporting.
