Senior Cloud Developer-AWS

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with experience in AWS cloud-nativedevelopment, preferably with data projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-onexperience with AWS Glue, PySpark, ECS development and basic administration.Experience with front-end frameworks, preferably React, and development usingFastAPI is required. Additionally, familiarity with DevOps practices such as GitHubActions and Terraform is a plus.Key Responsibilities: Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications using AWS services,including AWS Glue and ECS. Design and implement user interfaces using React, ensuring seamlessintegration with backend services. Build and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI, ensuring high performance andresponsiveness. Write and optimize AWS Glue scripts for data processing and transformationtasks. Collaborate with product owner, and other engineers to deliver high-qualitysoftware solutions. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, security,and scalability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuouslyimprove development practices.Qualifications: Proven experience in AWS cloud-native development, with a focus on dataprojects. Proficiency in AWS Glue and PySpark. Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and/or ECS development and administration. Strong skills in front-end development using React. Experience in building RESTful APIs using FastAPI. Familiarity with DevOps practices such as GitHub Actions and Terraform is aplus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield, or equivalent experience.
