In this role, youll create compelling, high-quality content that engages our target audience, drives traffic, and supports our overall marketing strategy. Youll work closely with subject matter experts and other teams to produce impactful content that resonates with our audience.Roles and Responsibilities: Produce a diverse range of content, including website copy, blog posts, articles, ebooks, white papers, case studies, guides, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and project managers to gather information, understand technical concepts, and ensure content accuracy and relevance. Develop and write persuasive case studies that highlight the effectiveness of our products/services in solving client challenges, and translating complex ideas into clear, approachable language. Contribute to content strategy development and execution to align with business goals and drive engagement. Analyze content performance metrics to continuously improve the quality and impact of content, adjusting strategies based on insights. Demonstrate a strong sense of design and layout when curating content, ensuring its both visually appealing and effectiveQualifications 3-4 years of content writing experience, specifically in Healthcare ITeS and the US market. Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong research and analytical abilities. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
