Job Description

    JOB OVERVIEW:This position creates value through fulfilling responsibility towards employee onboarding, Learning & Development, BHR for Global functions, committee member, support in driving Buddy program, Reward & Recognition & maintaining MIS for HR department.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Employee Experience: On-boarding support to new incumbentsOn-boarding includes preparing Induction plan, ensuring complete hand-holding for new incumbent till he/she is fully on-boarded, planning of post Induction 30-60-90 days sessions & Induction effectiveness analysis- Talent Management : Driving end to end Talent management process and execution- End to end Learning & Development:Responsible for Learning need identification, Preparing yearly calendar, organising training logistics, Mandays Calculation, LMS update on Success Factor, identifying external vendor, training feedback analysis,Driving Development Review process end to end etc.- BHR for Global Functions Entire employee. life-cycle (from Talent Acquisition to exit), Review with stakeholders- MIS responsible, Preparing dashboards for Global functions India, Mail templates, maintaining database, Exit interview and Exit analysis, Townhall PPT etc.- Driving Buddy, Reward & Recognition: Leading Employee Engagement survey , action planning & I&D initiatives as committee member.- Driving OD Projects : Organisation Network Analysis, Performance coach certification program to drive coaching culture, Development Review, Point of Contact for Great Manager certification program, Manager feedback Survey.JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Graduate in any discipline with post graduate degree in Human Resources- 3-5 years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, HR Analytics & OD Interventions- Analytical Skills, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills with proficiency in English & Hindi,
