Job Description

Executive - Release & deployment Support (Telecom BSS) - Senior SME of Application deployment for Telecom B/OSS Application like Mediation, Billing, CRM, POS, DWH, Teradata. - Daily & weekly & monthly task, health checks, monitoring, housing keeping activities, & proactive restarts - Troubleshooting & resolving all incidents, service request, Problem & trouble tickets assigned as per agreed SOPs. - Able to configure and automate the deployment and release scripts - Experience with telecom application domain for min 3 years - Expert of ITIL/ITSM processes -Strong Skills of Unix & PL/SQL
Deliver on assigned troubleshooting & incidents, service request, Problem & trouble tickets - Ensure SOPs are up to Date
Experience in one or more core BSS/OSS applications (like Amdocs, Geneva,Comptel, Kenan, etc.) &/or middleware (Tibco, Tuxedo, MQ Series, Citrix, Web logic, Tomcat, Apache, etc.)
