Job Description

    As a Senior HR Operations Professional at Avaloq, you will be part of the Global HR Operations & Service Delivery team, responsible for providing end-to-end HR services across multiple countries. Your role involves supporting legal entities in India and contributing to HR services across the Asia region. Your primary responsibilities include:- Managing HR administration tasks throughout the full employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, employment changes, compensation and benefits administration, leave management, and offboarding.- Preparing and managing employee documentation like contracts, amendments, confirmation letters, and termination letters, while maintaining personnel files.- Ensuring accurate and compliant employee data in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors, maintaining integrity and confidentiality.- Leading end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indian statutory requirements.- Acting as the first point of contact for employees, providing advisory and support through the HR ticketing system for consistent and timely solutions.- Managing relationships with external vendors, payroll providers, statutory authorities, and benefits vendors to ensure accurate and compliant service delivery.- Guiding and supporting a junior team member on business-as-usual tasks, fostering learning and effective execution.- Leading process optimization efforts, supporting HR projects and initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.- Collaborating with HR colleagues across Asia and globally for consistent and compliant HR support.Qualifications required for this role include:- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business, Accounting, or related field.- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in an international environment, with proven payroll expertise in India.- Hands-on expertise in statutory payroll compliance, including social security, tax filings, and audits.- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and good MS Office knowledge.- Strong problem-solving skills, detail-oriented personality, ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver under deadlines.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Knowledge of HR processes in other Asian countries is advantageous.Avaloq values work-life balance and offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements to maintain a supportive culture.
