Job Description

    You are looking for a NodeJS and AngularJS full stack developer with 4 to 7 years of experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. As a Xenial Intermediate Developer, your key functions will include partnering and collaborating with other teams to ensure appropriate integrations of functions to meet business goals. You will be responsible for resolving a variety of high-impact problems through in-depth investigation and evaluation of highly complex business processes.Additionally, you will help in decomposing requirements tickets to onshore and offshore team members, applying engineering principles to Xenial components. Your role will involve writing efficient and secure code, participating in code reviews, reviewing pull requests, and working with teams to resolve issues in both production and non-production environments. Communication skills are essential as you will be required to explain and reason technical decisions to stakeholders and team members.The minimum qualifications for this role include a Bachelors Degree, at least 4 years of relevant experience, working experience in the MEAN stack, hands-on experience in developing applications and troubleshooting, good knowledge in AWS and MongoDB, and experience in test-driven development.Desired skills and capabilities for this position involve independently identifying necessary coding tasks, working with project managers to schedule them within sprints, having the ability to see the big picture, a passion for coding, being fearless yet mindful of refactoring, and possessing personality traits such as attention to detail, discipline, teamwork, initiative, and curiosity.Top skills for this position include TypeScript experience, familiarity with serial communications, and familiarity with network communications. The interview process consists of a phone screening with the Hiring Manager as the first step followed by an onsite panel as the second step.The work model for this role is a hybrid model, starting onsite in Charlotte for the first 3 months to get exposed to the team and work side by side, with a lot of device work to learn, and then transitioning to a hybrid model. The shift timings are 9-5 EST, and the team size is 6. This position is for a full stack developer with 4-7 years of experience.,
