Job Description

    You are urgently hiring for a Senior Java Development Manager role at a product based MNC located in Yerwada, Pune. The ideal candidate should have 14 to 20 years of experience and possess expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Safe Agile, AWS/GCP, as well as People Management and Team Handling.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Java development team.- Develop high-quality software design and architecture.- Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development lifecycle.- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.- Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.- Review and debug code.- Perform validation and verification testing.- Collaborate with internal teams to fix and improve software.- Mentor and coach team members.- Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies.Qualifications Required:- 14 to 20 years of experience in Java development.- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Safe Agile, AWS/GCP.- Experience in People Management and Team Handling.- Previous experience in a product based company.Interested candidates are requested to share their profiles at hidden_email.,
