Internal communication with Design Team and PD team for sampling. Sampling Preparation & its Approval. Costing. PO tracking and checking thoroughly. Order Booking in SAP. TNA making. Trims Artwork Approval and communicating with suppliers and coordinating with Team and Buyer. PI, PO, PDC Follow up till material is in the house. Payments follow-ups with the team. PPM with Plant people. Order follow-up with concerned person in the plant. Arranging production file. End-to-end follow-up with customer and plant team. Update Buyer by sharing WIP Reports. Buyer Satisfaction by providing OTIF. provide shipping details to logistics and follow-up. To. provide dispatch priorities with dispatch date and customer details to take the necessary action by logistics. Follow up till Dispatch to send right quantity with right quality on right time on right destination.
