Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Energy Sales Consultant to join our Australian Energy Sales team. As an Energy Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries and making outbound sales calls to new and existing customers in the Australian energy market.Key Responsibilities:Inbound Sales:- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Provide accurate and timely information on energy plans, pricing, and promotions- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner- Up sell and cross-sell energy products and services to existing customersOutbound Sales:- Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers to promote energy products and services- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Australian energy market- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty- Meet and exceed monthly sales targetsNice to Have:- Experience working with energy retailers or suppliers in Australia and India- Knowledge of energy pricing, plans, and promotions. Fluent in English- Certification in sales or a related field
