Job Description

    • Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into property buyers.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
    • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
    • Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, and operations) to ensure a smooth sales process.
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Provide clients with complete and accurate information on available properties, pricing, and legal requirements.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
    • Participate in promotional events and networking activities to generate leads.
    Key Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales with a successful sales track record.
    • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
    • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.
