Job Description

Mentor and guide team members in best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers. Participate in project planning, estimation, and roadmap discussions. Coordinate with other engineering teams to ensure alignment with overall project goals. Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of the codebase. Address and troubleshoot technical issues during the development process. Work closely with the QA team to ensure high-quality mobile application delivery. Define and implement testing strategies for iOS/Android applications. Create and maintain technical documentation for the iOS/Android codebase. Prepare and deploy mobile apps to app stores (e.g., Apple App Store. Google Play).Requirements: Native Mobile App Development: Develop high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Contribute to the development of software development kits (SDKs) for iOS and Android platforms. Familiarity with native build tools like XCode, Gradle, and Android Studio. Architectural Design: Conduct regular architecture reviews to ensure scalability and maintainability. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging patterns in iOS/Android development. Implement design patterns and principles aligned with project goals. Cross-Platform Technologies: Firm knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript language, including ES6 syntax. Experience in React Native for cross-platform development. Build pixel-perfect UIs and leverage native APIs for deep integrations. Quality Assurance: Define and implement testing strategies for iOS/Android applications. Work closely with the QA team to ensure high-quality software delivery. Release Management: Collaborate with release and deployment teams for smooth and timely releases. Implement CI/CD practices to automate the release process. Monitor post-release key performance indicators and implement improvements.Skills Required: Utilize RESTful APIs for backend service integration. Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical discussions. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with automated testing suites like Jest or Mocha. Familiarity with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
