Job Description

*Role: Development Team at Xoriant empowers the future with latest technology, working across Service Delivery Life Cycle and carrying the responsibilities such as:

  • Responsible for end to end testing support for GPPSP strategic roll out
  • Front-end all issues reported by SIT/UAT team and triage them and route it to respective development teams or BA s
  • If required, prepare the hot fixes as per their due diligence and update the respective development team
  • Good understanding of GPP-SP product, Extension Layer and Payment Hub components and responsible for a basic first-hand analysis of the issues raised
  • Our expectation from the team is to work in the same way NA FAD team support used to work from Xoriant with the new technology stack

Key Skills Mandatory Skills:
  • Should have 6 - 8 years of experience in the IT Industry
  • Good understanding of Java, Oracle PL/SQL, IBM MQ and Kafka Topics
  • Provided L2 Support in any of the Big Size project is preferred
  • Basic understanding of Payments is mandatory
  • Knowledge of GPP-SP/GPP classic (Nice to have)

  • Early/ immediate joiners are welcome

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill (articulation using verbal and non-verbal skills)
  • Attention to details and flexible to learn
