Responsibilities: Experience leading and inspiring software development teamsAt least 8 years of software development and infrastructure architecture experience, with 3- 4 years designing and architecting enterprise and scalable web applicationsYou must have a passion for coding. Expected to have expertise (or ability to pick up) multiple technologies (including Java, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Python, Golang, etc) across software engineering, IoT, security, data engineering, etcExperience leading software development teams in an Agile/ Lean/ Continuous Delivery environmentsUnderstanding of the issues businesses face while creating robust, scalable, and relevant software solutions that truly transform industriesExperience working with CTO/ VP Engineering to create technical strategiesQualifications: Experience with a few of these languages & associated frameworks: Python, Node.js, RoR, Java, GolangExperience with SQL & NoSQL databases. Ability to design database schemas and scaling strategies.Design micro- services architectures, REST API specs, Exposure to technologies like Kafka, memcache, Elasticsearch, Redshift, load balancers (Istio/ Envoy), GraphQL, etc.Experience with implementation of container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes. Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous delivery and enterprise DevOps concepts.Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure is a mustDrive Velotio s thought leadership on engineering and architectural practicesEnsure technical expectations of deliverables are metExperience and ability to bring in software engineering life cycle best practices.,
