Job Description

    Hiring Service Desk Agent | NZ Shift | Pune | 1 Years | Up to 6 LPA Location: Pune Experience: 1 Years Salary: Up to 6 LPA Shift: New Zealand Timings (NZ Shift) Work Mode: Work From Office Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Qualification: Any GraduateWe are looking for a Service Desk Agent with excellent communication skills and prior Service Desk Voice Support experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling voice-based support, troubleshooting basic IT issues, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound service desk voice support calls. Provide first-level technical support to end users. Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and IT-related issues. Support users with Microsoft Office applications and related queries. Log, track, and update incidents through ticketing systems. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams. Maintain service levels and ensure timely resolution of tickets. Deliver excellent customer service and communication. Follow standard operating procedures and support processes. Work effectively in New Zealand shift timings from office.
