Job Description

    Job Title: ServiceNow Business AnalystExperience: 5 YearsLocation: Pune (Onsite/Hybrid)Employment Type: C2C (6-Month Contract)We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementations effectively.Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with business needs. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize workflows in ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB. Assist in configuring ServiceNow modules to support business processes. Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Create reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and insights. Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst. Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules. Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with ServiceNow configuration, workflows, and reporting tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a hybrid onsite setup in Pune.Immediate joiners preferred!,
