Job Description

    Servicenow developerExperience : 4 to 12 yearsLocation : PAN IndiaNotice Period : Immediate to 90 daysKey Responsibilities:
    • ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
    • Customization: Customize ServiceNow applications, forms, and workflows to align with business requirements.
    • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions, including design specifications, configuration changes, and test plans.
    • Incident Management: Assist in the configuration and customization of incident, problem, and change management processes within ServiceNow.
    • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications as needed.
    • User Support: Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow users and resolve technical issues.
    • Upgrades: Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and perform system upgrades and migrations.
    • Security: Implement and maintain security best practices in ServiceNow to protect sensitive data.
    • Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and colleagues on ServiceNow best practices and functionality.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
    • Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and application customization.
    • Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) processes.
    • Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
    • ServiceNow certification(s) is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
