Job Title: ServiceNow Developer with APM ExperienceLocation: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, BangaloreExperience: 2 to 12 yearsAbout the Role: We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in Application Portfolio Management (APM), now known as Enterprise Architecture. The ideal candidate will support the implementation, configuration, and activation of the APM module while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system scope and objectives.Application Portfolio Management (APM) was renamed asEnterprise Architecture by Service nowKey Responsibilities:
• Configure and activate the Application Portfolio Management module.
• Develop Configuration Item relationships for Business Capabilities, Information Objects, Business Applications, and Application Services.
• Integrate APM with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and SAM.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document programs.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues to meet business expectations.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver automated solutions.
• Participate in SCRUM events and deliver assigned items within Sprint timelines.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery and support processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) Certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Portfolio Management (APM) Implementer Certification.
• Preferred Certifications: SAM, HAM, or ITSM Implementation Specialist.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Skills:
• 2 to 12 years of experience in IT or related fields.
• Intermediate knowledge of XML, HTML, CSS, Java, and JavaScript.
• Experience as a ServiceNow Admin and Developer.
• Skilled in creating Service Catalogs, ACLs, Flow Designer flows, transform maps, and client scripts.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal, Workflows, Dashboards, and REST APIs.
• Prior experience with APM module implementation is highly desirable.

• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
• Self-driven and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a global distributed team environment.
Certifications (Mandatory/Preferred):
• ServiceNow APM Implementer Certification (Mandatory)
• CSA / CAD / Flow Designer (Preferred)
