    Are you ready to write your next chapter Join our ever-evolving Service Management team as a Senior Lead Analyst - Technical Report and help us unleash the potential of every business.We are building a world-class IT Service Management (ITSM) team from the ground up, utilizing technology and knowledge to empower colleagues in delivering exceptional market-leading services to both internal and external clients.As a part of the reporting engineers team, you will be responsible for delivering best-practice data management, analysis, and reporting solutions in an Agile-aligned environment. Your role will involve user engagement, scope capture, design, and delivery of analysis/reporting solutions to end users. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support for solutions, utilize Servicenow functions to create analytics dashboards, and ensure the quality of deliverables.You will be based in our modern hubs located in Indore, Pune, or Bangalore, where things move fast in the APAC region. Collaboration with different teams and offices globally is a key aspect of our agile and dynamic work culture.To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional knowledge of Servicenow reporting functionality, Performance Analytics, Process Mining, Data Architecture, KPIs/Metrics, and report development. Strong skills in data analysis, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in using Microsoft environment and tools, including Azure Database/Platform knowledge and Power BI Workspace/Gateway administration, is required.Experience in the IT service industry, ITIL, development methodology, and familiarity with wiki documentation would be advantageous.
