Job Description

    Years of experience: 3 YearsJD:Skills: Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF and test suite development. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript (client/server side). Familiarity with ServiceNow core modules (Incident, Change, Request, CMDB). Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing lifecycle, test design techniques, and QA best practices. Experience with Agile practices and working in Scrum teams. Ability to debug and resolve test and automation issues quickly. Experience in manual test case creation, execution, and defect reporting. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or ServiceNow Test Management. Ability to track, triage, and verify defects and enhancements effectively. Experience in manual test case creation, execution, and defect reporting.Roles & Responsibilities: Design and implement automated test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). Build and manage reusable test steps and test suites across ServiceNow modules. Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify and automate relevant test scenarios. Execute functional, regression, and integration tests across various releases. Analyze and troubleshoot test failures and platform-related issues. Document test cases, test results, and maintain version history. Design and execute manual test cases for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Log, track, and verify defects using standard bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow). Conduct smoke, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) manually as required. Assist product owners and stakeholders in validating user requirements through manual tests.
