Shift Engineer / Production EngineerJob DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesTo delegate tasks to Subordinate Technicians and Operators and oversee their performance and takecharge of all aspects of operations during their assigned shift.To ensure work equipment is functioning properly and is in compliance with Safety Standards byperforming scheduled maintenance in a timely manner .To maximize Production efforts, shift engineers handle multiple work orders from variousdepartments, fixing broken or malfunctioning machines as quickly as possible .To record and keep a Logbook of the work completed during the assigned shift.To be responsible for maintaining complete and accurate operational records in order to documentperformance .To monitor and track Maintenance Supplies and Parts .Desired Candidate Profile5-8 years of relevant experience in Beverages/Brewery/FMCG industry will be preferred.
