You will act as the bridge between technical execution and business value, ensuring that clients systems deliver seamless omnichannel experiences. Your primary functional focus will revolve around building comprehensive Customer 360 profiles and optimizing PQRS (Peticiones, Quejas, Reclamos y Solicitudes) management to elevate service resolution and compliance.Core Technical RequirementsPlatform Mastery: 3 to 5 years of strict development experience in Siebel CRM, with direct exposure to the latest capabilities of Siebel Version 25 (including continuous release features, modern open integration, and the Redwood UI framework).Database Architecture: Deep technical proficiency with Oracle DB 19c, encompassing schema design, complex SQL execution, and performance tuning for high-volume enterprise environments.Applied AI & Autonomous Agents: This is a strict requirement. You must have real-world experience deploying AI frameworks within the Siebel ecosystem.
