Hiring: Sitecore XM Cloud (XMC) DeveloperLocation: All LTM Office Locations Experience: 3-8 YearsWe are looking for skilled Sitecore XM Cloud (XMC) Developers with expertise in headless and composable architecture to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Sitecore XM Cloud (XMC)Build and integrate ASP.NET Core, .NET, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native servicesDevelop modern front-end applications using ReactJS and Next.jsImplement multilingual and multisite solutions, content modeling, and workflows in SitecoreCustomize and extend Sitecore using pipelines, resolvers, and event handlersIntegrate search solutions such as Solr and Azure Cognitive SearchCollaborate with UX, Backend, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable solutionsParticipate in architecture and technical design discussionsEnsure code quality through reviews, best practices, and automated testing Required Skills:Strong experience in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core MVC, and Web APIsHands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud, Headless Services, GraphQL, and REST APIsProficiency in ReactJS, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and BootstrapExperience with Azure PaaS services and cloud-native deploymentsStrong understanding of Sitecore Helix architecture and modular designExperience with Sitecore CLI, serialization, and source control tools like GitKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesUnderstanding of accessibility, web standards, and performance optimization Nice to Have:Experience migrating from Sitecore XP9 to XM CloudKnowledge of Composable DXP and SaaS-based CMS platformsExperience working on large-scale, high-traffic Sitecore implementations
