Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:The responsibilities of a soft skill trainer are expansive and can vary based on the requirements of the job. Primarily, they are tasked with developing and delivering interactive training sessions related to crucial interpersonal and leadership skills. This includes identifying the training targets, developing engaging and effective training materials, conducting assessments on training progress, and ultimately delivering effective training. Other responsibilities may include:
    • Designing and developing comprehensive training curriculums.
    • Researching and monitoring the latest industry trends in soft skills training.
    • Ensuring a smooth execution of the program by liaising with external teams, rack vendors or supporting organizations.
    • Analyzing and evaluating the trainer programs to make sure they are consistent with the curriculum.
    • Analyzing and reporting on the efficiency of the training programs

    • To truly excel in the role of a soft skill trainer, the candidate must possess a range of soft and technical skills, and qualifications such as:
    Requirements:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
    • Highly creative with a passion for learning and teaching.
    • Be able to motivate, engage and inspire trainees.
    • Experience in developing and delivering training content.
    • Minimum college degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
