Job Description

    Join our team working on innovative experiences for millions of customers, including the Echo Show, Fire TV, Kindle, and the Echo family of devices. As a software engineer in the Alexa Devices team, you will drive innovation by developing features for visual experiences on devices like the Echo Show.**Key Responsibilities:**- Maintain and develop new systems for innovative speech-backed visuals on Echo Show and other screened Alexa devices- Partner with Amazon and third-party services and device teams- Ensure minimal latency services at Amazon scale- Work on device frameworks, APIs, and more**Qualification Required:**- 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience- 2 years of non-internship design or architecture experience- Experience programming with at least one software programming language- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent preferredJoin us to invent delightful Android-based experiences, collaborate with UX and Product owners, and deliver high-quality software in a dynamic, team-focused Agile/Scrum environment.If you are enthusiastic about building state-of-the-art software for user interfaces, cross-device APIs, or cloud-based services, we would love to chat with you.
