Job Description

    JD for SOP:Exp : 3 - 5 yearsShift: US shiftsNotice: Immediate (15-30 days maximum)Key ResponsibilitiesAttending US Client training sessions and develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) referring to procedure training recording.Training new/existed resources on newly transitioned procedures.Update the existing SOP with the new instructions and training the resources on the changes.Providing floor support/troubleshooting.Should be able to communicate with US clients on calls if required.RequirementsMin 3 experienced in documentation (preferably working experience in BPO industry- (US Collections/ US Mortgage)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong client relationship managementExcellent organizational skillsFlexible with night shiftProficiency in MS Office and database
