Job Description

    I2W Group is a British-owned and managed manufacturing consultancy with nearly two decades of experience helping companies with sourcing, production, and quality control across Asia. Our India-focused division, India 2 West, is expanding its on-the-ground capabilities and looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate qualified suppliers and manufacturers, with a focus on automotive and aftermarket components.Conduct outreach, request for quotations (RFQs), and assess supplier capabilities and certifications.Perform onsite supplier visits, audits, and technical evaluations across India.Lead negotiations on pricing, timelines, and terms with vendors and suppliers.Manage supply chain workflows including logistics coordination, documentation, and PO tracking.Compile detailed supplier and project reports for internal stakeholders and international clients.Support quality assurance processes and coordinate inspections with third-party agencies.Act as a local project lead, coordinating cross-functional efforts and ensuring client timelines are met.Qualifications2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.Proven background in the automotive or aftermarket auto parts industry is required.Solid understanding of Indian manufacturing capabilities, standards, and vendor ecosystems.Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for global coordination.Strong negotiation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel across India for supplier visits and evaluations.Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ERP or sourcing tools is a plus.Engineering background or technical product knowledge is an advantage.
