Determining appropriate coverage limits, deductibles, and premium rates for each insurance policy based on risk assessment, industry standards, and underwriting guidelines.4. Collaborating effectively with insurance agents and brokers to gather information, clarify details, and negotiate terms to ensure comprehensive coverage.5. Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards, maintaining consistency and fairness in underwriting decisions.6. Maintaining accurate records of underwriting decisions, correspondence, and documentation, ensuring organized and accessible file management.Requirements:1. A Bachelors degree in finance, business, or insurance-related fields.2. 5 to 7years of experience in an Underwriter role or equivalent, with specific durations varying by level.3.
