    Tech Mahindra Ltd Pune, Hiring for International Inbound VoiceContact-HRMayuresh hidden_mobile/Aparna hidden_mobile/Mansi hidden_mobile/Sushmita hidden_mobileWork Location: Tech Mahindra Hinjewadi Phase 3 (Both Way Cab facility)Work Experience: 2-4 YearsResponsibilities:
    • Resolve billing issues using effective query-solving techniques and provide clear, accurate information to customers.
    • Respond to customer inquiries about billing and services with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
    • Actively listen to customer concerns, needs, and feedback, offering appropriate responses and solutions.
    • Accurately document customer interactions and ensure CRM records are updated promptly.
    • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to address and resolve complex issues.
    Required :
    • Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice support.
    • Strong billing knowledge, including understanding recurring bills, billing cycle changes, due dates, prorated charges, auto-pay, surcharges, service charges, and taxes.
    • Proven track record of resolving billing-related customer issues.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate thoughts clearly.
    • Ability to manage difficult customer situations effectively and with confidence.
    • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to make quick, independent decisions.
    • Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (rotational shifts, 5 days a week).
    • Customer-centric approach with logical thinking and the ability to respond spontaneously.
    • Ensure professional and timely responses to all customer queries.
