Job Description

You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems, equipment, and devices. Your main tasks will include ensuring compliance with safety standards, optimizing energy efficiency, and troubleshooting electrical issues to support operational continuity.Key Responsibilities:- Planning, scheduling repair and maintenance to ensure continuous production operations.- Developing a preventive maintenance plan in conjunction with maintenance and production staff.- Working experience and knowledge of 22/33/66 KV power systems along with various equipments.- Performing preventive maintenance of transformers, VCB, ACB, LT panels, motors, DG set, fire system, and circuit breakers.- Experience in industrial automation, VFD, microcontrollers, and relay-based circuits.- Good working experience on both LT and HT sides.- Knowledge of asset management, spare management, 5s, kaizens, poke yoke, CAPA, and RCA.- Proficiency in all maintenance activities including power saving projects, budget preparation, and management.- Monitoring and finalizing the AMC, warranty tracker, and negotiating with OEMs when required.- Utilizing maintenance tools like MTTR, MTBF, OEE, FMEA, RCA, CAPA for calculating maintenance efficiency.- Liaising with all electrical works and coordinating with the Electricity Board.- Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing maintenance plans for the system.- Designing and adhering to the electrical system and circuit as needed.- Logic development and rectification of process-related queries through automation.- Manpower and work management with proper planning and compliance with legal requirements.- Working knowledge of various instruments such as pressure transmitter, flow transmitter, RTD, temperature transmitter, fire system, gas analyzing system, etc.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or a related field.- 7 to 10 years of experience in electrical system design, installation, or maintenance.Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.,
