Job Description

    Min 6-8 years exp, What Youll Do
    • Adept at performing Root-cause analysis of complex problems involving multiple parties, networks, hardware, and software that relates to distributed cloud-based systems concerning scaling, performance, or network issues.
    • Diagnose, isolate, and debug production issues to quickly resolve customer-facing incidents.
    • Work closely with the release management team to plan and coordinate software releases.
    • Collaborate with onsite teams and clients to ensure seamless performance of all the systems.
    • And often involves routine grunt work on service requests to assist other teams with platform services. Must Have
    • Should be able to work in 1st and 2nd shift
    • Should have Good analytical skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
    • . Should have worked on Java application development for at least 4 years in career
    • Should have strong systems background and be conversant with Application Development Technologies. Provides recommendations for and help troubleshoot Java based systems including Core Java, JVM internals, Garbage collection, Memory management, Unix OS, Database (RDBMS/NoSQL), Apache Kafka.
    • Conversant with APM tools like App Dynamic, Data Dog or Dynatrace and other monitoring tools.
    • Experience with Jenkins based CI/CD processes for release management.
    • 8 years experience as a technical lead. As needed act as an escalation point for Engineering Support and escalate to Engineering team for assistance and troubleshooting.
    • Should be willing to work in shifts 24/7
    . 4-year degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related functional field) Good To Have
    • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM Service Management tools
    • Working experience in an e-Commerce retail environment. Education
    • Bachelors / Masters degree in specific technical fields like computer science, math, or equivalent practical experience.
