Job Description

    As an STL Test Engineer II at Staff4Me, your main role will involve planning, designing, and executing test cases and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications. You will collaborate closely with the development team to identify and address defects, as well as enhance overall test coverage.Responsibilities:- Plan and design test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on software specifications and requirements.- Execute test cases and test scripts, and analyze test results.- Identify, document, and report defects using bug tracking systems.- Collaborate with the development team to reproduce and troubleshoot reported defects.- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing.- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on design and implementation.- Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools.- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in software testing.Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience as an STL Test Engineer or in a similar role.- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.- Experience in test planning, test case design, and test execution.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.- Ability to analyze complex software requirements and design test scenarios.- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
