In this endeavor we provide end to end recruitment solutions to esteemed organizations for senior management, professional and technical positions.Currently we have an excellent opportunity with one of the Premium brand of Ice cream as Parlour ManagerDesignation: Parlour ManagerLocation- ThaneExperience: 3-8 YearsWorking days- 6 days (Monday to Sunday )- Can take one weekly off between Monday to Thursday (Friday to Sunday- Compulsory working)Job Responsibilities and Description :Roles and Responsibilities:Taking complete responsibility for overall parlour operations.Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring proper functioning and timely maintenance (Kitchen Equipments and Parlour Interiors)Train, and supervise staff members, including scheduling shifts and managing performance.Foster a positive work environment by providing guidance, support, and motivation to staff.Handle consumer relations issues and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.Manage cash handling procedures, including balancing registers and preparing bank deposits.Creating daily sales & stock reports and sharing them with the team on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.Control inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.Handling the online orders placed on E-commerce platforms.Requirements:Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in counter sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays & festive seasons.Must have the ability to handle local issues.Interested Candidates, please get back to the undersigned or email your updated CV to hidden_email mention your Experience, current CTC and notice period also.Disclaimer Clause:-Your CV has been electronically selected, based on certain standard parameters.
