In this multi-faceted role, you will oversee daily inventory management, dispatch operations, supply chain coordination, logistics planning, and fundamental accounting tasks to ensure seamless operational workflows.Key Responsibilities
• Store & Inventory Operations: Manage raw materials, component stocks, and finished goods inventory; maintain store records and perform periodic stock audits.
• Dispatch & Logistics Management: Coordinate material dispatch schedules, arrange transportation/freight, prepare delivery challans, and ensure timely shipment of orders to clients.
• Supply Chain Management (SCM): Monitor supply chain pipelines, liaise with vendors and transport partners, and optimize logistics procedures for maximum efficiency and cost savings.
• Accounting & Invoicing: Handle day-to-day accounts functions, prepare dispatch invoices, track payments, and maintain billing records.
• Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead store and dispatch personnel, coordinating closely with production, quality, and administrative departments.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience:relevant experience in stores, dispatch, logistics, SCM, or accounting within manufacturing/automotive industries.
• Education: Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Materials Management, or relevant technical field.
• Core Competencies:
  • Proficiency in Store Operations, Dispatch Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Basic knowledge of Accounting principles, ERP software, and inventory tracking systems.
  • Exposure to manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Key Attributes: Proven team handling capabilities, operational problem-solving, and clear communication skills.
