Job Description

    Position: Store Manager (Retail)Location: WakadSalary: 18,000 22,000 (in-hand)Experience: 3 5 yearsGender: MaleTimings: 9 AM to 7 PM, 10 AM to 8 PM (rotational shifts)Age: 25 32Industry: Retail (FMCG)
    1. Oversee all store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
    2. Develop and implement store policies and procedures for efficient operations.
    3. Monitor and analyze store performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
    4. Set and ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives for the store.
    5. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth.
    6. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, taking action to optimize performance.
    7. Ensure all employees deliver exceptional customer service.
    8. Train and develop staff on effective customer service techniques and standards.
    9. Address customer complaints and issues promptly and satisfactorily.
    10. Recruit, hire, and train qualified store personnel.
    11. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated, high-performing team.
    12. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
    13. Monitor and manage store expenses, including labor, operational costs, and inventory shrinkage.
    14. Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales data, profit and loss statements, and budget performance.
