This role involves managing staff, optimizing sales and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining the stores visual standards and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate to be capable ofr delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:1.Store Operations:
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure the store meets and exceeds sales targets and financial goals.
• Manage inventory levels, order merchandise, and handle stock replenishment.
• Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
2.Team Management:
• Recruit, train, and develop store staff, including sales associates and support personnel
3.Customer Service:
• Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Monitor and enhance the customer shopping experience through personalized service and engagement.
• To drive customer retention.
4.Visual Merchandising:
• Maintain the stores visual presentation, including merchandise displays, store layout, and signage, in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Update product displays and signage to reflect seasonal trends and promotional events.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
5.Sales and Marketing:
• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions about merchandise assortment and pricing strategies.
6.Administrative Duties:
• Handle cash management and financial reporting, including daily sales reports, bank deposits, reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and sales transactions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
