Hiring for Store Manager for Retail Clothing BrandExp- 3 Years PlusLocation - Bangalore / Hyderabad /Hubli / Pune /RaipurKey Responsibilities:Sales and Profitability:1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximizeprofitability.2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.3. Analyze sales trends and ensure effective product merchandising.Customer Experience:1. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.2. Handle escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.3. Train staff on customer service best practices.Team Management:1. Recruit, train, and mentor store staff.2. Schedule shifts and assign tasks to optimize productivity.3. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.Operations Management:1. Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.2. Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.3. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.Inventory and Stock Management:1. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishments.2. Manage stock audits and prevent shrinkage or losses.3. Implement effective inventory control measures.Compliance and Reporting:1. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.2. Maintain records of sales, expenses, and inventory.3. Submit timely reports to management on store performance.Must Haves:1. Should have EBO experience2. Should have good Retail knowledge3. Should have experience in western brands (No Ethnic or LFR Store Managers)
