Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of supply chain best practices.Key Responsibilities:
• Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization: Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely procurement of raw materials and goods.
• Logistics & Distribution: Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, implement demand forecasting techniques, and optimize stock management to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and reduce waste.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies while managing supply chain risks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including production, sales, and finance, to align supply chain goals with overall business objectives.
• Technology & Data Analytics: Leverage data analytics and supply chain management software to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive informed decision-making.
• Sustainability Initiatives: Support environmentally friendly supply chain practices to align with corporate sustainability goals.
