This role ensures the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions. The System Manager will oversee system upgrades, manage vendors, ensure compliance with IT policies, and provide leadership to a team of IT professionals.Key Responsibilities:System Management:Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of servers, operating systems, and application software.Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance by proactively identifying and resolving issues.Manage and maintain databases, cloud services, and on-premise systems.Infrastructure Oversight:Design and implement IT infrastructure to meet the organizations current and future needs.Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and replacements.Manage data backup and disaster recovery plans.Security and Compliance:Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect data and systems.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support.Coordinate with other departments to identify system requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Vendor and Budget Management:Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value.Technical Support:Provide Level 2/3 technical support for escalated issues.Develop and deliver training materials to end-users as needed.Qualifications and Skills:Educational Background:B.Tech, M.Tech or MCA
