Role: System Performance (Band 1 - Tester / Band 2 - Lead)Locations: Mumbai, Pune, or Chennai (5 days a week onsite)Shift: EMEA ShiftExperience: 3 to 10 YearsPosition Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring that our critical financial systems maintain peak performance under load. Whether you are scripting complex scenarios or managing the delivery of an entire performance project, you will be the gatekeeper of system reliability.Specific Role RequirementsBand 1: System Performance TesterTool Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of LoadRunnerfor load testing, plus SolarWinds and Dynatracefor observability.Technical Depth: Ability to write complex SQL queriesand develop scripts using Python and Shellfor server-side monitoring.Agility: Must be able to quickly learn and adapt to custom workflows.Band 2: System Performance LeadDelivery Management: Oversee a small, geographically dispersed team of testers.Stakeholder Accountability: Manage complex project dependencies and hold cross-functional teams accountable for performance inputs.Planning: Maintain and update the project plan, ensuring strict alignment with the overall program roadmap.Qualifications & SkillsMust-Have:Working knowledge of LoadRunner, SolarWinds, and Dynatrace.Expertise in SQL and Python/Shell scripting for monitoring.Hands-on experience in performance testing environments.Desirable:Exposure to the Asset Managementindustry.Experience with major trading systems (e.g., CRIMS, Bloomberg/BBG, Aladdin, LatentZero, or proprietary systems).For Leads: Proven experience in delivery management and project plan oversight.
