Their services facilitate the production of Forms 1099, 1042, 5498 etc. and preparation of individual tax returns. There is list of Daily and monthly Activity which team perform for effective running of business. Team has also started supported clients file transmissions. Operations team acts as a Final point of contact in order to generate and transmit individual tax returns.What you will be doingDaily Files processing and Monitoring of database & application jobs. Client Queries and Tickets resolution. Automations necessary to reduce redundant requests. Handling queries in MYSQL dbs. New database creation in MYSQL and objects creation for new clients in Sybase dbs. Document creations. Daily, Weekly and Quarterly processes handling.What you bring:Knowledge / Experience

  • Experience of working with Operation or Application Support teams
