Job Description

    Primary Responsibilty:We are seeking an experienced Talent acquisition Executive to join our team.The ideal candidate should have at least 1 years of relevant experience in Talent acquisition and IT requirement possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities:Conducting full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Posting job openings on various platforms and utilizing social media and professional networks to attract top talent.Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting pre-employment assessments, and coordinating interviews.Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate recruitment records in our HRIS.Negotiating job offers and facilitating the on boarding process for new hires.Assisting with other HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and HR projects as and when needed.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.2 years of experience in recruitment preferably IT recruitment experience in a corporate or agency setting.Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent for various positions.Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office suite.Application Process:Interested candidates should submit their resume to hidden_email look forward to reviewingyour application.
