We are funded by great investors, like - Softbank, Canaan partners, NEA, Accel Partners, and others.Job Brief:You, as a Talent Partner will help identify the needs of organization and will be responsible for the management of projects to identify and onboard great team members. A few key responsibilities include the following:Recruiting :- Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet hiring requirements.- Partnering with hiring managers to determine the kind of professional who would be an ideal fit.- You, at all times will be in touch with candidates and help onboard new hires.Stakeholder Management :- Maintaining relationships with both internal stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.- Effectively manage relationships with agencies.Process Improvement :- Unlearning and learning and transferring best practices to the workplace. - We expect you to be an active contributor, a thinker working to improve the way we hire and the methodologies we adopt to build out the recruitment function.Requirements:- 2-4 years of proven experience in GTM recruiting with a product based companies.- A motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for recruiting.- Hustler, with a strong can-do mentality, who is joining us to build on a vision, not to do a job.- Ability to work under pressure, tight timelines and in growth environment.- Strong sense of excellence and will to do more and more.,
