Position:Technical architectLocation: Noida, Chennai, Bangalore,PuneJob Type: Full-timeExperience: 6 - 12 yearsSkills and Qualifications:
• Define the EUS/Digital Workplace related policies as per Customer Strategy
• Attend architectural governance sessions for Infrastructure to review the new projects.
• Prepare Technical Transformation Architecture and Roadmaps for 300 Digital Work Place (DWP) Products (incl. O365, Windows PCs, Mobile devices, Management Tools, Security Tools).
• As part of Architecture Review Board (ARB), provide approvals for all Customer impacting projects
• Aligning Digital Work Place related activities with security requirements
• Develop new Processes and products for Digital Work Place and Management of the Customer environment aligned to the business planning cycle.
• Collaborate with other Product Managers to review and provide technical recommendations which relate to Digital Work Place
• Act as Root Administrator for Azure / Office 365
• Review access controls and Privilege Management for Azure tenant, governing administrators access
• Review and approve Exceptions for EUS/DWP related products, policies and processes
• Review and approve Technical Change requests related to EUS/DWP
• Testing new features and perform assessment for suitability for customer environment
• Application upgrade management, scoping of new version, requests for packaging, communication and roll out.
• Creation of communication plans and frameworks for new product launches within productivity and collaboration
• Provide recommendation of Product features, upgrade, architecture and roadmap for Communication related product and apps
• Handle product related escalation and co-ordinate with Business and Vendor for resolution
• Liaising with 3rd party Vendors like Microsoft, Dell, Apple, to resolve the Product related issues, subscription renewals, product evaluations and roadmap discussions
• Collaborate with different stakeholders including Business, Product Owners, Purchasing, Finance and Vendors
• Perform Operational service review for Third party vendors
