    Hiring Technical Support IT Service Desk / Helpdesk | Office 365 | Active Directory | Pune Location:Pune Experience & Salary:
    • 1 to 2 Years Up to 5.5 LPA

    Shift:Rotational Shift (International Time Zones) Job DescriptionWe are hiring experienced professionals for Technical Support / IT Service Desk / IT Helpdesk roles with expertise in Office 365, Active Directory, Ticketing Tools, and Voice Support. Eligibility
    • Graduate with 1 to 5 years of experience in Technical Support / IT Service Desk / IT Helpdesk
    • Experience with ticketing tools is mandatory
    • Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills
    Key Responsibilities
    1. Provide remote support for laptops, desktops, printers, LAN, and enterprise applications.
    2. Troubleshoot Windows OS (XP10) and MS Office 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Skype, and SharePoint.
    3. Support Windows, iOS, and Android devices for end users.
    4. Manage Active Directory (AD) tasks including:
      • User account creation/modification
      • Password resets
      • Group policies
      • Access management
    5. Handle authentication issues such as:
      • Login failures
      • Account lockouts
      • MFA / SSO troubleshooting
    6. Resolve BitLocker issues, patch updates, registry fixes, and virus/security troubleshooting.
    7. Perform basic network troubleshooting including VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, IP addressing, and Wi-Fi.
    8. Gain exposure to network security, firewalls, routing, switching, and data center networking.
    9. Work on ticketing tools like:
      • ServiceNow
      • Remedy
      • Freshservice
      • Jira
    10. Ensure SLA adherence and deliver high-quality technical/customer support.
